• For Rubber Stamps, Flash Stamp, and Self inking Stamp, choose either "Round Design Text" or "Normal Design Text'
• For Dater stamp, choose "Round Design Text" only
• For QQ Stamp, choose "For QQ Samp Only"
• For Stickers, choose "For Stickers Only"
• For upload your own artwork file in approved format, choose "For File & Artwork design Upload"

Step 4A: Click OK to proceed

Step 5: Key in your details and click "Preview" to ensure the data is correct

Delivery Policy We do our packing job daily. We will send out your order on the next working day once your artwork confirm, and if we receive the payment for your order before 3pm. Our official working hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) Express service* order will be ready in one hour from the time we received your bank in slip (*applicable for self pick up only) We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. For urgent order, please make note in your order form so we can try our best to carry special arrangement for you. If happen that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However, in certain condition, we might refund to you directly without prior notice. For Poslaju Service to Malaysia States, normally you will receive your parcel in 1-2 Working Days depends on the delivery location. Registered Airmail parcel To United States and Europe takes 15 to 22 Working Days. After sending out your parcel, we will inform you the tracking number by your contact email. For oversea customer, can go to www.pos.com.my to enter your Tracking ID to check the parcel delivery status. If you have given us an invalid or incomplete address or contact number and causing the parcel to be returned to us, we will not in charge on the shipping for resending the parcel. You will have to pay us the additional shipping to resend the parcel. We deliver Worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be settled by you in order to clear customs.

How to calculate the points? 1 points = RM0.10 sen For new member, once registered, you will be entitle to 30 points, equivalent to value of RM 3. For every sale of RM30 and above, you will be entitle 100% points based on the sale amount. For example: If your total bill is RM 50,  you will be entitle to 50 points, equivalent to value of RM5. Reward points is an additional bonus rewarding our online customer. Offline and call in customer do not entitle to this special bonus point. You can redeem the points to purchase any products in the website, we just need little cooperation from you to pay the fix delivery charges of RM7.50 only for Peninsular delivery, RM15 for Sabah/Sarawak delivery, and follow weight of the item for oversea delivery.
